This beautiful and simple, creamy feta sauce is a light pre-dinner appetizer served with pie or pieces of raw vegetables.

• 150 g sour cream
• 1 tablespoon Filippo BerioClassic Pesto
• 100g feta cheese
• 2 tablespoons Filippo Berio extra virgin olive oil

 
Mix sour cream with Filippo Berio Classic Pesto. Crumble over the feta cheese and sprinkle with Filippo Berio extra virgin olive oil. Season with black pepper and serve.
