MEDITERRANEAN PASTA SALAD

Simple and delicious.
Preparation time: 15 min

Ingredients:

 

  • 250g pasta Divella
  • Peel and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Filippo Berio or Speroni olive oil
  • 250g of cooked and chopped artichokes
  • 250g mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas

Instructions

Cook Divella pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add salt before cooking, without added oil.
While the pasta is cooking, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta, add to the bowl, mix well and serve.
